Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Website. Patient forms can be downloaded, printed, and completed prior to your initial visit. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your 1st appointment. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible.
Insurance
Our office accepts most PPO and private indemnity insurance plans as well as accepting Medicare assignment. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your health plan. For patient convenience, insurance claims are submitted electronically through our fully computerized billing service.
